Evolve

What we do

Evolve is a ‘one stop shop’ service for young people aged 10 to 25 years in Wellington. The Youth One Stop Shop (YOSS) model is about youth-friendly, holistic and integrated healthcare and social support. All services are free and confidential.

Nurses and doctors provide physical, sexual and mental health care. Social Workers and Youth Workers provide support around accommodation, employment, benefits, youth justice, sexuality and gender, parenting, mentoring and general wellbeing. Counselling is available for people enrolled with Evolve via referral from a Nurse.

Evolve holds regular groups such as Learners Licence, and occasional holds or hosts a young parents’ group, wellbeing group, social youth groups, anxiety group and LGBTIQ support groups. Please call to see what is currently available.

Opening hours

Evolve is open from 10:00am – 6:00pm on Mondays and Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and 10:00am – 5:00pm on Fridays.
