What we do

Corrections’ focus is keeping our communities safe. Frontline staff have a key role is monitoring family violence offenders in the community while they are subject to court orders and sentences. We will act on reports or concerns about family violence to prevent further victimisation and offending. We liaise with police and other agencies to ensure information is shared and acted on.
